Thursday, October 20, 2011. Over the last couple of years, the medication I was taking gave me terrible sugar cravings. How am I doing? My starting weight was 11st 2lbs. My usual weight has always been between. 8st 12lb and 9st 7lbs. None of my clothes fitted me. The more weight I put on, the less I was moving about. It was well worth the visit! 2 Drin.

Monday, January 2, 2012. And So We Begin Again. I cannot believe how infrequently I have posted over the last year! Well, it is a New Dawn, a New Day and a New Year. I thought I might recap what has transpired over the past year especially the last few months. In September I left. My awful restaurant management job and started working part time from home for Mr. Shabbys company. I purchased myself a tablet. Now that I am more sedentary. I got a smart phone. And dont know how I did without one before.CONTENT
