Wednesday, 17 June 2015. Today we were quite busy in the classroom. We made Jellyfish and we started by cutting. We then gave it some colour by painting it orange. We stuffed our teddy bears that we made yesterday to give it some softness. We began with out plastic bottle fish by mixing the paint and giving it eyes. Tuesday, 16 June 2015. Friday, January 13, 2017. This week we continued to look at features of non-fiction books. The students looked at how glossaries and indexes work - which included creating their own. We discovered that when the fulcrum of the lever is closer to the item- it is much easier to lift! This week for our Second Art lesson we learned how to use a knife safely and cut fruits on our cutting board to make a fruit salad. This week, we reviewed our camera words.
