Friday, December 23, 2011. This should of been gone like 6 months ago if not more. I do not know why it got tucked away in there. I can only say, Michelle. You should have it now. I always wanted to paint a flower with water drops on it. These drops where not easy to put on because I did not want to mess up the work underneath. We might still have one book floating? .

Sunday, January 1, 2012. To smile or not to smile. I ended up loving this portrait and she, well now she has something to remind herself everyday of how absolutely gorgeous she is when she smiles. That one experience alone showed me that Yes there are absolutely times when a smile can light up a painted portrait and is very appropriately used here. Portrait of a woman 50.
