Muddy fields from the ice and layers upon layers to stay warm. Occasionally we caught him being less-than-focused. I once had to extract his cleats from the goal net while he was playing goalie. Hes five. And his absolute favorite part of the game was the snacks that came after. To get his attention, to remind him of his position and purpose.
