Tuesday, October 21, 2008. The Architectural communications course has allowed me to further develop vital skills such as model making, materials selection, 2D and 3D drawings and many other that are key to success in the architectural profession. From the Architectural drawing workshop i was able to gain and build on some extremely vital skills needed in communicating architectural ideas and how to express them in 2D and 3D. Many important skills were addresses through activities such as 2 point per.
Tuesday, October 21, 2008. Mock up, didnt end up doing all of them. Beaten by time again! Learnt that Time is a powerful enemy. The top left one took forever to do since it was my first one. First time using a T-square since like. year 9 or 10 in DT and also the scale was annoying; had to measure way too many lines. the other 2 were alot faster, really simple. Little Bunny Foo Foo! September 6, 2012. BUT I had this cute idea when I was laying down to go to sleep and I just HAD to make it. My first ToddleeDoo outfit ever, inspired by one of my favorite creatures on earth! I just love turtles, especially the baby ones that are just adorable! September 6, 2012.

Monday, October 20, 2008. Architectural Communications, as a whole, has inspired me to look beyond the strict physical boundaries of a building, and to challenge pre-conceived ideas about the absoluteness of buildings and landscapes. The ability to take a seemingly finite structure and find some interpretation, some spirit to it, is one which I believe will serve me well in years to come.
