Tuesday, August 24, 2010. With the big sisters going back-to-school, Bethany loses her two favorite playmates. I try to plan fun stuff for us to do for a few weeks until she starts preschool. Her hair had grown fairly long, but not quite enough for a 10 inch donation. We ended up taking about 8 inches off. The stylist finished her up with a blow dry, then a little spritz and a clip. Big city girl marries country. Wednesday, December 31, 2008. December brings in feasant hunters from all over. Anywhere you go, there are men dressed in their camo pants and jackets. They hide out in the wheat fields waiting for a feasant to cross their path and when it does, they hopefully win a dinner prize. It is cold, sometimes wet, definitely windy, and I assume, boring.
