The April Sound Property Owners Association, Inc. consists of seven elected members of the Board of Trustees which manage our community through volunteer committees and a Professional Community Association Manager. Our property owners are members of the April Sound Property Owners Association which collectively manages over 40 acres of common area, an administrative office, a guardhouse, an access security gate and three community parks.
