About 3 years ago, I took my first cake decorating class and discovered a hobby that I love! I started taking classes so that I could make Carson39;s birthday cakes- who knew it would turn into a business!! I began with birthday cakes for kids and now I do pretty much ANYTHING. I stay very busy during the holidays with pumpkin rolls, cookies, candies, and special cakes. I have also been doing weddings, which are lots of work but very rewarding when you see the finished product.
