The next day we woke up and the storm was worse so we moved next door to a nicer motel that was the same cheap rate, just less sketchy, and sat in bed and drank beer. We did, however, hear more about the puppies. Those 22 miles may have been the longest of the trip yet. When we first got to The Captains we walked on the back porch and Aldo backed into a corner terrified and peed everywhere. What the hell were we getting ourselves into?
