The Clubhouse is complete in state of the art amenities such as fitness gym, lounge area, multi-purpose halls and media rooms. The Clubhouse is located in Augusta Georgia.

The house is very modern in its design with concrete, metal and glass as its main material. First level consist of the garage, laundry and an office space, Second level is the games room with a plunge pool inside, Third level is where the living, dining and kitchen are, Fourth level is the bedrooms.

What does this mean? Loius E. The Model house is a Sketchup model only project that I created for a homeowner that needed a model to work with but do not have a time to produce one. The owner wants to add and change some parts of house and he wants it to apply it first on to the model and see if it works. What does this mean? Loius E. Portland plant is a modeling project with a complete interior and utilities model. Included in the model are HVAC and lighting layout. The building will be used for remote building automation of the buildings utilities. The input file for these kind of modeling are CAD files and some photographs of the building.
