Thursday, July 15, 2010. WOOHOO down 5.2 lbs PHEW is all I gonna say. Down to 264.8lbs that is more like it J. I am hoping for another day like today for tomorrows weigh in lol then I will be about back to where I was before loading days. I am noticing my diet is a little more restricted than before as there are some things I cant have for my blood type vs what is allowed on HCG diet and vice versa, but I am seriously curious.
