Sneaking Away for an Afternoon. It just takes a little initiative and some effort. I had an unusual weekday off today, and decided to take advantage of the lovely winter weather and head to the beach. I just wanted a good place to sit outside and read.

So I went to Dubai for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I got a really awesome deal on a hotel room at the Towers Rotana. I spent my weekend being very touristy.
