Legume 4rosii,un morcov,2 cepe rosii,4 ardei si o bucata de broccoli. 2 cesti de orez salbatic si basmati. Putin ulei,apa,condimentesare,piper. Se taie legumele cu exceptia buchetului de broccoli cubutele mici,se calesc in putin ulei,se adauga intai morcovii,apoi ceapa si ardeii. Se lasa sa fiarba orezul. Separat se fierbe broccoli in apa cu sare si 2-3 catei de usturoi. 3 vinetesau.
