Like never been seen or read before. Wednesday, July 13, 2011. The girl and her four walls - poem. There once was a girl whom had closed up her heart. She was lovely and nice and extremely smart. Her past had been troubled with heartache and pain. She could sit with her books and read through the night. And when the daylight would hit her she went out of sight. It was not easy this life she had made.

There are so many amazing eyewitness stories pertaining to the Civil War. They are one of the reasons I most enjoy the Civil War. They bring our perception of a by-gone era to new life for us here in the present. They add color and depth to the black and white of text books. These are stories that should never be forgotten. History is full of mysteries.
