Monday, December 10, 2012. Our lives have been pretty crazy around here. Michael hurt his hand at work in October, and I hurt my foot when we were in Texas. Michael was pulling out a bush at work and and a thorn went into his wrist, His hand got super swollen and infected right away, he had to go into the doctors 3 days in a row for an IV drop of antibiotics and had his hand in a soft cast and splint.

Place foil or paper baking cups into 12 muffin pan cups; set aside. Combine milk, butter and egg in large bowl. Stir in all remaining muffin ingredients. Dip top of each muffin in melted butter, then in sugar.

Sunday, June 14, 2009. tragic! Okay this is a picture of me and my parents in London at Trafalgar Square when I was little. Today i made it my mission to go take this picture! Today was also the day that i picked to wear flip flops all day. nasty huh? Classic telephone booth. Most of the group went to st. pauls cathedral for a choral eucharist today. it was a really neat experience. i really enjoyed seeing the choir. the little boys were so adorable! USA here i come!
