A friend sent me a link to an article on horses used in psychotherapy. I feel re-inspired! It got me to thinking about what I appreciate most about horses;. The way they can teach us about ourselves. Horses inspire honesty of ourselves and humility of character.

I will not make the same mistakes that you did. I will not let myself cause my heart so much misery. I will not break the way you did. I learned the hard way, to never let it get that far. I never stray too far from the sidewalk. I learned to play on the safe side. I find it hard to trust. Not only me, but everyone around me.
