Jean, Grandma, and GG all turned 90 this year! But a 17 hour travel day ends with no bedtime complaints. More like begging for bedtime. It took a couple days for the kids to figure out that a 7pm dinnertime was not a 11pm late night. Luke had no memory of this meal. Monday we went on a little pontoon for whale watching. Alex loved the front ride, and we did spot a number of whales. We then found our way to the best shaved ice of anywhere.

Friday, January 08, 2010. We had a couple snow days this week so Duane got to stay home. One of the luxories of having a teacher in the family! I bundled Alex up in multiple layers and took him out to play in the snow. He loved it! It was cold, but we had time to pose for a quick picture.
