The recommended reading is a new work by the Tamaki cousins, This One Summer. There are a number of possible alternate readings including several works that are autobiographical non-fiction. Among the most important of these might be. Diary of a Teenage Girl.

The internet has revolutionized a lot of things, and created new and growing markets in a lot of different trades, including sequential art. Something that has exploded due to the accessibility of content is the niche market. For comics, this means the creation of very specialized stories that may not appeal to a wide variety of viewers, but still get readers none the less.
After being exposed to many other comics through out the semester, I felt rewriting my thoughts on Maus would be fitting. This being so, is because the visual style of the comic itself was less than appealing at first glance.
It is particularly interesting to observe the techniques each use to show movement, as they both rely on action. Stands out for its constant use of intense color. I like how as the story.

Literature of Comics and the Graphic Narrative. 4 out of 5 dentists recommend this WordPress. Is probably the first American graphic novel I ever read for pleasure. But then, in sixth grade, one of my classmates in band recommended the novel to me and let me borrow it over the course of a week. It really opened my eyes, to say the least.
