This weekend I participated in my first ever submission grappling tournament in Fairfield, CT. All and all the day was fantastic, and the team really came together as a family. At the end of the day I ended taking third place in my division.

What Is Your Suck? Do you think your life sucks? It annoys the crap out of me when people say it or post it. Your entire life, every moment from the day you were born has sucked? Can anyone on this planet say that their entire life sucks? Moments, yes. Days? Perhaps, but not all 24 hours in a row. But an entire life of suck? That horrible relationship that made you stronger and no longer a victim and advocate for others with no voice.
