This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Andrew Okal who was born in Kenya on October 22, 1972. Andrew attended City Primary School and moved to Arlington Texas after completing his college studies at the Kenya Polytechnic in Nairobi Kenya. He passed away on November 02, 2006 at the age of 34. All who have had the privilege to know Okulu have been blessed in a very special way. He touched and inspired so many lives. In so many memorable ways.
