Tuesday, June 29, 2010. I wanted it to be bright and summery. I am very pleased with the results. It is probably my favorite cake to date. The cakes are covered in traditional buttercream icing, instead of fondant. The bottom tier is basic vanilla and the top tier is basic chocolate.

Wednesday, October 20, 2010. Thursday, July 29, 2010. This was a fun cake to do! The bride wanted a waterfall type effect coming from the top. Unfortunately, as I was carrying the cake in, I was having a hard time opening the door and the temple toppled off the top and put a gouge in the bottom tier. Luckily, I caught the temple before it fell to its doom. The cute bride and groom holding hands.
