Sunday, March 1, 2009. P90X - Day Eight. I am about to start Week Two of P90X meaning I SURVIVED Week One! I was probably to most sore I have ever been last week.possibly worse than preseason volleyball. The day after YogaX I felt MUCH better! Friday was KenpoX; yesterday and today my back is a little sore. Its amazing how the workouts work so many different muscles! As far as nutrition goes I have not had a drink all week and no TCBY!
