Thursday, September 4, 2008. The girls and I drove up to Snowbird ski resort on Labor Day and went to Octoberfest. They danced to the funny German music, even did the Chicken dance, ate cotton candy, watched some juggling, and got balloon hats. It was a beautiful day and the mountains were gorgeous. It made us excited for Yellowstone. We leave tomorrow! Adam was showing me all the cool tools on Adobe Photoshop. Ashley almost fell into the pond behind her while taking this one.

Benefits of being On The Run. Before the race began, the training group met to have a picture of all of us who participated. The training program has helped me get to a place where I enjoy running. Before, it was hard for me to want to go out and run, no matter how bad I wanted to. I am amazed that I believe 20 minutes of running is nothing.
