Smått och gott som jag bakat. Stort och smått som jag skapat. Varför köpa kakor på Subway eller McDonalds när man kan göra liknande godingar enkelt själv? Dessa knapriga kolakakor med chokladbitar i är himmelskt goda till en kopp kaffe. 100 gram grovhackad mörk choklad. Blanda smör med socker, vaniljsocker och sirap. Blanda de torra ingredienserna och ha i dem. Grädda i 175 grader ca 15-18 minuter.
I år hade jag tidig semester, så nu har man varit igång och jobbat ett par veckor. Saknar semestern, trots att vädret kanske inte varit det bästa så är det skönt att vara ledig och göra massa roliga saker! Vi började semestern med att åka till sambons släkt i Lovisa, Finland! Vädret var väldigt blandat, sol, moln, blås och lite regn, men vi hade det väldigt bra och gjorde en hel del. tyvärr gick dagarna lite för snabbt bara! Hööp hööp, här får man inte dyka! .
