Sunday, August 8, 2010. Many Children Have Been Left Behind. I agree that the No Child Left Behind act has caused more problems than it has fixed. I think a much better solution would have been to give individual school districts a reason to improve their own students long term learning and performance on tests such as the SAT rather than state tests. Or the money may have better been spent giving aid to college students who want to learn. Wednesday, August 4, 2010.
