Purchase A Thyme to Celebrate. Monday, December 19, 2011. I made the festive cream cheese cookies for the Junior League Holiday party. They require a bit of prep work, but otherwise are easy to make. The dough needs to be refrigerated or frozen prior to baking, so I made and rolled the dough the night before.
