Tuesday, November 10, 2009. A year without nicotine. Today is my one year anniversary of quitting smoking. As great as it is to be smoke free. Its hard to feel good, knowing that one of the people that helped me quit smoking is dying of emphysema. That talk with my grandfather really stuck with me. Its one of the things that helped me quit.
