Friday, July 22, 2011. You and me together forever. Sorry this is so late today but I was getting so frustrated that I could not get what I considered a good pic of my card today. I loved how my card turned out and it was making me mad because I didnt. Think that all my coloring details were showing up as well on other photos I had taken. I went to Mamas today and snapped a few pics of my card using her light tent and got a much better pic to share with you. Just bear with me! I used this card.

A place to share my love of scrapbooking! Monday, September 26, 2011. Happy Birthday Baby Boy! So I am finally used to the little man going to school and now he goes and turns 5! For some reason I have a tough time with the odd numbered birthdays. it has nothing to do with the fact that my baby is no longer a baby! It is amazing how much they change in 5 years - here is a pic of the cute little guy the day he was born and his school pic taken a few weeks ago. Almost makes me want another one - ALMOST! .
Asked if I would be up for the challenge to each use the same set, but showcase it each in our own way. The longest time was spent on the layout was colouring the images.

Monday, August 15, 2011. I seem to be a really slow blogger. Life is so fast paced and with a 5yr old and 2 teenagers my time on the family computer is very limited. A nurse graduation cake with 75 matching cake pops. This cake was so fun to make and the expression on the client was priceless. I love to see how people enjoy the look and taste of their cakes.

This summer has been one full of change and transition for our Altenrative Missions staff, the local church congregation, and also the local church leadership. One of the areas where much changes is taking place is the Student Ministry. Steve, having stepped into the Area Director position has had to transfer much of the direction of the Student Ministry to others within the leadership team. Some about that transtion on his blog.
