My Favorite Chicken Broccoli Casserole. 2-3 c chicken, cooked and shredded. 2 can cream of chicken soup. 1 c chicken broth. 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice. 2 c broccoli, cooked. 14 c butter, melted. 1-2 c cheddar cheese, grated. Preheat oven to 325. Spray a 9 x 13 pan and set aside. Mix together soup, mayo, chicken broth, and lemon juice. Layer broccoli on the bottom of your pan and top with shredded chicken. Then pour mixture over the top. Bake for 25 minutes. Wednesday, May 6, 2015.
