A Minnesota native, began training in gymnastics and competition dance as a child. She later grew into contemporary dance while attending Saint Paul Conservatory for Performing Artists. In 2013, she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in dance and choreography from California Institute of the Arts. Since then she has studied at Impulstanz Dance Festival in Vienna, as well as The Henny Jurriëns Stichting summer program in Amsterdam.

For a day chock full of workshops, healing, generosity and kindred spirits. The first workshop was presented by Ross Conrad. I especially enjoyed the sound healing workshop as Eileen McKusick.
