Monday, October 01, 2012. It has been 8 months since we lost Lyndon. As I slowly move through my grieving. Process I find that my thoughts keep coming back to the same question. Saturday, May 05, 2007. Seven years, six days ago . So, M and I celebrated our seven year anniversary last week on April 29th. We had a fun date on the Friday before and biscuits and gravy for dinner on Sunday. That is one of our treat dinners since it is pretty heavy and not so good for the digestive system. The Girl is a ton of fun! She likes to pretend a lot. Her recent craze has been Sharkboy and Lavagirl.

Friday, January 6, 2012. I struggle with being present. In photos, that is. Like all hobby photographers, I want the camera all the time. I never hand it off and ask someone to take a photo of me, not even my husband. Then I have to switch it to auto, maybe put a different lens on. I will want to see what me and the kids did together, to remember that I was there too, and to discuss if I looked better as a brunette or a blonde.
