Monday, December 21, 2009. New permits on Fuller. Three new permit applications surfaced today from Sundial on 4190, 4196, 4198 Fuller Crescent. The remaining houses on Fuller Crescent have May-June 2010 closings in advance of the HST change on 1st July. These houses which are yet to be built are all sold after the HST change, so if they dont close by 30th June they are all liable for HST from the buyers. Will be interesting to see the progress.
