One day at a time - Words from an ALS Caregiver. Monday, November 28, 2011. Thank God for a Change in Medication. My Mom is doing 90 better since her Neurologist changed her medication. It is like night and day! Its not perfect, and she not the way she used to be, but she is better. And what a relief for me. I was really at a breaking point in not knowing what to do or where to go. I am feeling 80 better today than I did 72 hours ago. Friday, November 25, 2011. Happy Day After Thanksgiving Everyone!
