Is there life after the Bob Graham Round? March 15, 2015. Inov mudclaws to white pajamas. Post Bob Graham I decided family time was the most important time. 20 training hours a week slogging up and down hills somewhat takes from family time. Given most teenages would rather be seen dead in a ditch than dancing with dad at a festival, so while they are not teenagers I am making the best of it. Who wonderfully provided some science to my Bob Graham training a few years back.

The Paddy Buckley Round is a continuous circuit for fell runners well for anyone really of 61 miles, climbing 28,000 feet and visiting 47 summits in stunning Snowdonia, hopefully within 24 hours. Vždy som mala rada mixované ovocie a ovocné šťavy. Teraz sa tomu hovorí SMOOTHIE. Mne stačí náš starý mixér, ktorý som uchránila pred vyhodením do koša a zatiaľ slúži veľmi dobre. Mixujem v ňom aj ovocie na zmrzlinu a ovocné drene.
What Have I Let Myself In For. Tuesday, 23 November 2010. Following some success with BG supports over the summer, the time has come for me to have a go. My running this year has been improved from last years. I think the 6 week break at the end of last year for my shoulder op helped get some life back in the legs. I also need to make sure I get the balance between work, training and life right.
