Saturday, February 7, 2009. I know, I know. I start a sushi site, yet Ive never actually eaten sushi before? Well, honestly, I did try sushi once before, but didnt know what I was ordering and ended up with squid nigiri. It actually didnt taste too bad, almost good. The problem was that instead of being a thin strip of squid on top of the rice, it was about 3 fingers wide, and as long as my middle finger. And being squid, it could be chewed all day long.
