Wont be long before we can harvest these lovely sweet Strawberries. Weeded this patch where the 1st and 2nd early potatoes are, cant earth up the Rocket any more as they have grown bigger over the week, but now all the Charlotte are up I could earth those up. Alis Allotment Plots

Sunday, 27 May 2012. Plot 144 - The End! This is a very sad blog post to have to write. Due to my move to Dorset soon, my plot, sadly has to go and I have already given written notice to the council, that it will be available from June 7th. I have been visiting the site most mornings, at around 6am for an hour each time, to clear the Shed and the Greenhouse, which are both now sold to a fellow allotmenteer who has a plot at the other end of the site. Sorry there are no pictures .

Who am I today? The Ravings, musings, ramblings and mumblings of a middle-aged failure with a richer fantasy life than a real one. Well, what did you think I looked like? It was a late night! Monday, 16 August 2010. I Am All Jammed Out! Its been a while since the last post, but its been soo busy round here. Connor wants to make carrot jam, so we may give that a try. Well I dug the pea trenches and filled with scrap salads and peelings. A fellow allotmenteer offered me this advice. And so is My rocket. This little fella is our new friend. He pops up everytime we get to the lottie and follows us about. Might have to name him if he keeps doing it! All in all its looking pretty bare as Im behind everyone else.
