It seems that every year I come prepared with blankets,sweaters,socks,ect. The prized possession this year was socks, of all things! Luckily I brought some, along with shoes. My year as a Jesuit Volunteer in Mobile AL! Day 278, 05. Today we started making Christmas cards in the Activity Center. At first I was a bit shocked that we were starting Christmas cards in May, but I guess with orders totaling over 2,000 or more we need to start early. The core members do such a great job making the cards, it was great to see more of their beautiful work. What lesson have I learned today that I would like to remember to take with me? .
