A little something yummy. Monday, November 29, 2010. Hearty winter vegetable soup. Well, its getting to be that time of year in st. george when i want soup all the time. i made this. Recently and had to share it. it is delicious! Just a couple of things i did differently. I didnt have escarole, so i used cabbage. I went a little heavy on the dill because i LOVE it. I didnt have chick peas, so i used cannellini beans and really liked it. Serve with crusty bread and enjoy! Thursday, May 20, 2010. Let c.
