Balancing a Life of Many Roles. I have donned a new Hat of late. Or maybe just a new element to an existing Hat. My Homeowner Hat has shifted slightly to be a Home-builder Hat as well. My husband and I have found land and are now trying to find financing and a contractor. The combination of excitement and nervousness during this process is overwhelming. We are constantly second-guessing ourselves.
