Saturday, August 1, 2015. A couple weeks ago the kids and I spent 3 hours weeding the garden and flower beds. They were that bad! Especially the garden. But now you can see whats growing. Weve already enjoyed radishes, two leaf lettuces, peas, bell pepper, green onions, and cucumbers. We have only six corn cobs. I think the birds got to the seeds once we planted. Lots of tiny cucumbers to grow. And lots and lots of tomatoes to ripen. I cant wait for the tomatoes! I plan on bottling a few more this year.CONTENT

Me and My Green Thumb. This year was gonna be the year that I finally planted a beautiful flower garden in front of my house. I spent over an hour in the hot sun at the nursery, trying to decide what to buy.
