I went and gave myself rhabdomyolysis. Something I never thought I would get! Something I educated myself about before starting Crossfit 2 months ago. I have worked out consistently for 10 years. Pushed myself and been so sore and pushed myself again. But apparently nothing like what I did to myself this week! I was sore that day .

It is a pain while you are doing it, but when you are done, you have turned something into a treasure hopefully. Tuesday, November 25, 2008. 2nd Annual Pamela Burke 5k. The elementary school that my mother-in-law used to work at held their 2nd anuual 5k to raise money for breast cancer research. It was a lovely day, which is only appropriate because Pam was SUCH a lovely person.
