Thursday, July 30, 2015. MFJ v0.6 Summer. All of our Summer events are over as of August 9. We drive home from Canmore, Alberta that day so I still wont have any compliant food with me. August 10 Im officially starting my 4th full round of Whole30. I hope to go longer than 30 days, but you never know what will pop up. Whole30 meals were daunting at first, trying to make sure everything was compliant and that I had enough food, but now its easy and second nature of what to throw together. Im in a love.

Danica in Asia

Wednesday, July 19, 2006. The killing fields and Tuol Sleng. A few weeks ago, we visited the killing fields at Choeung Ek, and Tuol Sleng, the infamous Khmer Rouge prison that is now a memorial museum. Right in front of the entrance is the chedi erected in memory of those who were murdered here. Behind panes of glass, high high up, skulls are arranged on shelves, organized by gender and age. At the very bottom is a pile of grey clothes, a pair of tattered sandals lying in front. Mr Chek translates for us.
