Today my mother will take her final journey. She will be flown home to Illinois to her final resting place in the same cemetery as my youngest brother. Now my journey with out you begins. On February 25, 2014 in Uncategorized. This past Saturday I made the decision to place my mother in a long term care facility. NOT A NURSING HOME! Smile for the Birdie. I like to take walks and do crafts when I can.
