Wednesday, March 01, 2006. Since we returned from winter break, I have found it much easier to implement AT with my groups during pull-out sessions and when I am co-teaching in the classroom. It is much easier for a specialist to transition from one class to the next when there is a sense of unity among staff members, when the entire school staff adopts elements grounded in the same philosophy.
