Det fik lov at stå i nogle år og var tæt på at blive smidt ud, da jeg ikke kunne se idéen med det længere. Da jeg pludselig fik en ledig periode, fik jeg dog den idé at lave det lille ubrugelige loftsrum om, så der kunne blive plads til møbler m.

Well actually, not much has happened since last time I wrote. I somehow managed to get fed up with painting windows and just put the whole thing aside. This is a double fre.

The house was sold when my Grandmother died in 1995 but I often visualise myself walking through the house and remembering every little detail from the front porch, to the art deco inspired bathroom, to the shell shaped wall lights and fly-catcher lampshades and the understair cupboard where we used to hide and where my Papa kept our bowls of hyacinths in the dark for the annual school competition!
