I have thoughts, I have dreams and words in between. I always thought I was a good writer because I was creative with words. Now that I look back on my pieces of writing I realize my words are no more creative than the next average Joe. I just say things as they are and write whatever that pops into my head. I think as long as a little effort is put into the piece of writing it has the potential to be good. As you can tell from the following quote I am still workin.

Saturday, May 5, 2007. My mother always said that I was a good writer, but I felt part of that was just encouragement for me. In taking this class I have been able to realize some of the problems I have with writing, and been able to improve on them slightly. This blog was created during my English 1020 as a freshmen. One of the new styles of writing I encountered through the course was the observational writing.
