Hip-hop anonymous - a PAO journal. For anyone considering or recovering from periacetabular osteotomy surgery due to hip dysplasia. I still have bad dreams about having hip surgeries. Its been nine years since I went under the knife.
Wednesday, November 27, 2013. I started physical therapy this week. I can say the past 7 week shave been easy, relatively speaking, but in all fairness, I was high. I slept a lot, my family brought me what I needed, and I parked it. I caught up on Facebook, I read, watched TV and movies and generally hung out. Did I mention I as high? In the meantime, I have been given the go ahead.
Website is a resource for those diagnosed with hip dysplasia, considering PAO surgery, or recovering from PAO surgery. It is also a great resource for friends, family and caretakers of those who are suffering from chronic hip pain or recovering from PAO surgery. I was inspired to start.
