Wednesday, June 17, 2009. I am MJI and one of my passions is photography. I like taking pictures of a variety of things, mostly plants, insects and nature. My little African Violet Stop where I show off my African violets, hybrids and whatever else. Monday, May 20, 2013. When hybridizing, its inevitable to run into something not quite right. Especially dealing with yellows. African violets arent supposed to be yellow. Its not really in their genes. Those that do bloom yellow flowers are doing so because they are freaks.
