Welcome to my blog about healthy living! Alright. It has been a while. I ran my first half! Signed up for a second. I ran that and beat my last time by 16 minutes! So I did what any sane person would do. I really loved the rock n roll half I did, and this date worked out perfectly. My family is going to use it as a vacation. I also signed up for another half on November 7th. Sorry for the last posting! For dinner, we went out.
