Tuesday, March 5, 2013. So we have been in limbo since November. Showing our home at any given moment, rejecting offers, countering offers, and finally accepting an offer. Praise God, our house sold! We then spent a week and a half in a hotel waiting for our closing date. The food was great and the laundry service impeccable. At last, we closed and said goodbye to our temporary palace. Saturday, December 29, 2012. In many ways, today was an average day. For being a Saturday, it was pretty average for Bruce and me. We slept a bit late, ran errands, watched a little TV, and ate lunch out. We enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Another Broken Egg, one of our favorite places for a Saturday brunch. If you have never had their potatoes that come with most of their meals, it is worth the visit. They are delicious! The house is definitely not clean, but we did get a lot done today.
